You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with the return address and a simple set of steps. You do not need to call.
Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 90 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
Opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons are excluded unless faulty. Everything else is welcome back within the window.
