The photographs, copy and layout of this site are ours. Sharing a link is always fine; republishing a listing or reusing our images in a shop is not. Copying listings or using our images in your own shop is not, and we do check.
Browsing, saving pages for reference and printing a listing for your own use are all allowed. Reviews and editorial coverage may use one image per item with a credit and a link back to this site.
Brand names and logos belonging to other companies appear on this site only where a product is compatible with them or where a payment method is named.
Rights holders should contact us with the URL, a description of the material and proof of the right claimed. Well-founded notices are actioned promptly, usually by removing or replacing the item while we investigate.
Reviews you write remain yours; by sending one you allow us to show it on the site and in our own promotion. We may shorten it for length or remove anything unlawful, but we will not change what you meant.
Images you send us in support of a return or a sizing question stay in that conversation. We will ask separately, and in writing, before using any customer photograph on the site or on social media.
A useful notice names the page or image, describes the material, explains the right you believe is infringed and shows that you hold it. Evidence of ownership — a registration, an original file with its metadata, a licence — lets us act immediately instead of writing back to ask.
Notices are reviewed by a person within a couple of business days. If a notice turns out to be mistaken we restore the material and explain why.
You may print a product page for your own records and save pages for personal reference. That permission covers you reading and comparing, not republishing or running the content through a translation service to build another listing.
Editorial coverage is welcome: one image per item, a credit, and a link. For anything larger, including a full lookbook or a paid placement, ask us and we will usually say yes in writing.
Every photograph on a product page is of the item we have here, shot and edited by us. We do not licence catalogue images, and we do not use a manufacturer's shot as though it showed our own stock.
The copy on this site is original and specific to what we sell, which is why it does not read like the paragraphs that circulate between shops. If you find our copy somewhere else, tell us and we will look at it.
