This policy explains what personal information we hold when you shop with us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email address and, where the courier requires it, a telephone number. If you create an account or join the newsletter we also hold the email address you gave us. We do not ask for information we have no use for.
Order details are used to pick, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you if something about it needs confirming. Marketing email is only sent to people who asked for it, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately.
Cookies here do three jobs: keeping your cart contents while you browse, recording your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear, and measuring which pages are visited. None of them build an advertising profile, and blocking them in your browser will not prevent checkout from working.
We share the minimum necessary with the companies that make an order happen — payment processing, delivery and transactional email. Each receives only what its task requires.
Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. You can ask to see your data, have it corrected, or have it erased where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to the address in the footer and we will answer within one business day.
You can ask for a copy of your personal data at any time and we will provide it in a readable form. Corrections are made as soon as we have confirmed the right value: a delivery address that has changed, a name spelled differently, an email you no longer use. There is no charge for a first request, and you do not need an account to make one — the order number from a confirmation email is enough for us to find you.
Where nothing obliges us to keep a record, we delete it on request. Where an accounting rule applies, we explain which part must stay and for how long, then remove everything else.
Nothing automated decides what you are offered or what you pay. Fraud screening may pause a payment for review, but a person looks at it before an order is cancelled, and you can always ask us why a decision was made.
Orders are shipped worldwide, so a delivery address may be shared with a courier in another country. That transfer is limited to the address and contact details the carrier needs to complete the delivery, and nothing else travels with it.
This shop is intended for adults. If you think a minor has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them without argument.
When this policy changes, the new version replaces this page and the date at the top moves with it. If it is revised, the revision appears here rather than in a separate notice, and orders already placed continue to be handled under the policy that applied when they were made.
Use the contact address printed in the footer for anything to do with your data. Replies come from someone who can see your order history, so you do not have to explain the situation twice.
